I just looked at your interval songs, and I am pretty sure that “my bonnie lies over the ocean” begins with a major 6th, not a minor 6th.

Hmmmm…If you played them at the same time, it would be called a harmony.

But the interval from C to F# is an augmented 4th.

Yes…for instance, the interval between C & Db or between F# and G is one half-step or a minor 2nd!
